Welcome to HayHay. By downloading or using the HayHay app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using HayHay, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What HayHay Is
HayHay is a social challenge app where users complete tasks, submit photo or video proof, and the community votes to approve or reject submissions. Points are awarded for approved completions.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you submit. By submitting content, you grant HayHay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the app. Proof media is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains nudity, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Promotes dangerous or reckless behavior
5. Community Rules
HayHay is built on fair participation. You agree not to:
- Manipulate votes through coordinated behavior or fake accounts
- Harass, bully, or abuse other users
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or voting limits
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
6. Voting
Each user may cast up to 20 votes per day. Votes are final. HayHay reserves the right to adjust vote counts or reverse outcomes in cases of detected abuse or technical error.
7. Points and Leaderboard
Points (Hy) are earned through approved task completions and voting participation. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or prizes. HayHay reserves the right to adjust, reset, or remove points at any time.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use HayHay to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app without permission
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
10. Disclaimers
HayHay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any loss of data or content. Tasks on HayHay are for entertainment purposes — do not attempt anything that could endanger yourself or others.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HayHay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HayHay after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
